I’m Arden Mailhiot. I am from Sarnia, Ontario. My love for photography began years ago when I got my hands on my first camera, the Minolta XD-5. Drawing inspiration from prominent artists like Francesca Woodman, who has greatly influenced my approach, I embrace unconventional photography methods such as the use of double exposures, moody themes, dramatic lighting, and motion blur. My lens explores a variety of photography genres including concert, portraits, fashion, street, and photojournalism.
In my free time, I love going to concerts, and you'll often find me indulging in my hobbies, such as playing soccer, collecting vinyl records, cameras, and books. Beyond photography, I channel my creative expression through various mediums, including painting, drawing, and music.
