I’m Aakankshaa Melkot from Bangalore, India. I hold a Degree in Photography from CMR University, Bangalore where I developed a passion for many forms of art and analog photography. Prior to studying photography full-time in Canada, I worked as a photogrammetry correction specialist. However, my passion for photography kept growing, and I decided to pursue The Advanced Photography Program at Lambton College. Right now, I'm learning many genres in photography, but documentary and portrait photography holds a special place in my heart. When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me pursuing my other hobby - collecting vintage items. I've got everything from some old-school radios and typewriters to classic cameras and vinyl records.
